Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 應用化學系碩士班 === 89 === A method for the determination of impurity in surfactants using solid phase microextraction(SPME)combined with GC and GC-MS has been developed. Several parameters of desorption procedure were studied and optimized. The effects of extraction conditions,such as fiber properties ,carryover,absorption time ,absorption temperature,pH,ionic strength and organic modifiers are investigated. The content of the samples,as the maximum allowable concentration in chemical products is 500ppm(48). Regulation of this impurity in surfactants should be considered by national and international authorities.
