After certification, how do medium enterprises uphold standard is becomes important issue? The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors concerning ISO 9000 series during the maintaining period by the project management tool.
The purposed system, which is applied the project management tool proved to be an effective tool for the auditing ISO 9000 series certification. The results of this study show the critical success factors sequence are：
1.High level management support and participation.
2.Information systems assist all workers.
3.Complete document control.
4.Continue to probe for constant quality improvement and to build up quality criterion.
5.Different department communication efficiency grouping.
6.Customer requirements factors.
7.Entire personnel participation.
8.Practicable education training.
