Raising quality and achieving excellence is without doubt the ideal goal of the transforming process of education.   And hence pursuing high quality education has become the direction of improvement any country who would like to continuously complete in such a highly competitive environment. Besides, the joint college entrance examination is going to be replaced by multi-channel and diversified admission processes. All colleges and universities are trying their best to attract the most promising students by emphasizing their high quality education.   The purpose of this research is trying to upgrade the education quality of the college of management of Fu-Jen Catholic University through the quality function deployment approach. Based on this approach, the faculty and students'' expectations about the administrative support and teaching process can be obtained. Moreover, faculty and students'' recognition and gaps about improving the education quality can also being explored. Finally, the research findings can be useful guidelinges for college of management at Fu-Jen University in raising its service quality.   The research finding indicates that in order to satisfy the requirements of customers in administrative support, college of management must pay special attention to curriculum, sound financial status, rigorous standard in recruiting faculty, and reducing student faculty ratio. As to the issue of fulfilling the requirements in teaching process, the faculty must carefully select the teaching material, strengthen his/her teaching ability, use supporting materials and implement the philosophy of learning by doing.
