| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 89 === Local schools influence each voting nomination very long, but, according to the change of the people composition and democratic level, the influence on the voting nomination has gradually decreasing. The research select Kaohsiung county local schools as example, design guestionnaire and process deeply interview, to explore the role and function on each voting nomination of local schools. Meantime, to analyze the way of resource allocation and the future operational strategies of local schools. The result reveals that local schools exist correlation with business operation, and local schools still have influence on deciding voting nomination on Kaohsiung county, but the power of influence have gradually decreasing. Besides, local schools and political have ever cogeneration relationship, but the future has changed a new model on the strategies alliance, and local schools operation must have tolerance and pessimistic operation, the local schools can extend more widely.
