The emergence of JIT purchasing, quick response, supplier management has changed the relationships between manufacturing firms and their perspective suppliers toward a working entity that needs to be fully integrated in order to compete in the fast changing environment. It is, therefore, the issue of how a supplier’s capability to integrate internally would affect its supplied firms’ performance that stimulated this study. The purpose of this research is to explore the impacts of suppliers’ capabilities in integrating quality, delivery, price, and technological abilities on their supplied manufacturers’ competitive performances in product quality, cost structures, delivery performance, flexibility, innovativeness, and service. The research used linear structured models to verify the relationship between suppliers’ capability and manufacturing performances. The results of the research support all the hypotheses.
