First of this paper is to describe the effluence of resale price maintenance, according to producer , consumer and resaler . Secondly, this paper is to analyze the history and provisions of regulation of resale price maintenance in U.S. , Japan, Germany ,U.K. , E.U. and R.O.C.. Thirdly, this paper is to discuss the relation between resale price maintenance and service. Fourthly, this paper is to describe , analyze the decisions of Fair Trade Commissionabout resale price maintenance in Taiwan, R.O.C.. In the last of this paper is to discuss the regulation of maximum of resale price maintenance and suggested resale price.
