The purposes of this study were trying to analyze the influence of seepage on landslide and evaluate the conditions of debris flow occurrence that was triggered by the combination of seepage flow and other factors. And the results were obtained as follows : 1.The shape of the failure slope destroyed by seepage was almost circular arc under the homogeneous deposition. The relation between the landslide volume and the discharge of seepage flow is exponential. 2.An equation was derived for estimating the volume of landslide triggered by seepage as follows : ln(Vs/h^2)=3.90+2.50*ln(sinθi)+1.81*ln(n) 3.The larger porosity of slope was, the greater seepage force was yielded. Then, the larger scale of landslide was induced, and which mixed seepage water to form a higher concentration of fluid substance. It might become debris flow on the proper steepness.
