Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系 === 89 === The main purpose of this study is to develop a three-dimensional nonlinear beam element for the NSP program. The NSP program is a general purpose nonlinear finite element software for static and dynamic analyses of structures. The concept behind the program has been developed at the National Cheng-Kung University for a project from the National Science Council. In this report, extensions made to the NSP are described. And all the extensions are included in a subroutine, vbeam.for, of the NSP program. This subroutine mainly deals with the biaxial moment interaction and the loading behavior of beam-column elements. It can help NSP to analyze three-dimension inelastic structures subjected to earthquake motions.
