Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 水利及海洋工程學系 === 89 === The purpose of this study is to set up the system of The Inundate - Draine Model of Blocks - Street Network. This system which researches on the flooded-drowned situation in urban area uses the geographic information system and the data of the amount of rainfall in the sewers when the storm happened. It is also to see the street network system as the drained system of one-dimension gradually varied flow and combine with the quasi-two-dimension inundated model as the basis of the disaster prevention plan or the design of the drained system in the future.
According to the measures of the conservation of discharge, the blocks-roads exchanging discharge and the conservation of discharge in the nodes, The Inundate - Drain Model of Blocks - Street Network─built by this research, firstly shows that the results of this model are rational in the case study. Then, this numerical model can be used to simulate the drowned procedure, caused by downpour, in the metropolis of Taipei area such as Ban-qiao、Tu-cheng and Zhong-he、Yong-he. The outcomes of the numerical exercises are closed to the real situation. Finally, it could be promoted and extended because of the fine consequences of the simulation.
