Most of the foreign enterprises invest in Mainland China or South-East Asia to take the advantage of low labor cost and land cost, to get the tremendous market and eventually improve economic development of these countries. When firms invest in other countries, with abundant capital is very important. I want to find out the sources of capital when the firms invest in Mainland China or South-East Asia. The purpose of this study is through the empirical research to understand the performance of Taiwanese enterprises in China and South-East Asia, to discuss the impact of capital, industial differences, and macroeconomic environment on Taiwanese enpterprises’ performance. According to the research discovery, I will make some suggestions to the corporations, government and future researchers.
