There is no integrated discussion about the effects of e-Business on organization’s knowledge management and capability of innovation yet. Therefore, this study attempted to build up the research framework. The population of this study is the companies, which intend to transfer to e-Business. With stratified random sampling, this study sent 550 questionnaires, which 250 for traditional industries, 200 for hi-tech industries, and 100 for service industries. Finally, 167 effective copies were received (return rate 30.36%). Through factor analysis, reliability test, correlation, cluster analysis, T test, ANOVA, canonical correlation and regression analysis, most of the hypotheses were supported. The results of this study are listed below: 1.External factors including industry environment, technology of Internet, suppliers, and customers have positive significant effects on the level of e-Business. Internal factors including the attitude of managers, the size of enterprises, and the culture of organizations have positive significant effects on the level of e-Business. 2.The level of e-Business has positive significant effects on the mechanism of organization’s knowledge management and the raise of the capability of innovation. 3.The mechanism of organization’s knowledge management has positive significant effects on the raise of the capability of innovation. 4.The mechanism of organization’s knowledge management and the raise of the capability of innovation have positive significant effects on the performance of companies.
