| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系 === 89 === In Taiwan, the usage and development of urban land is based on Zoning. However, the related policies is not perfect.Land replotting supposes to make use of the opportunity of cadastration arrangement to achieve the goal of improving quality of development and to regulate architectural style by means of land subdivision. Nevertheless,current city reorganization projects only focus on urban land consolidation. The future development of replotting areas, allocation of road systems, road style, the control of architectural style and other relative manipulation of Urban design are all left without proper attention.The purpose of this research is to examine the laws and systems of land replotting.In Taiwan from the aspects of urban planning hierarchy，zoning system，land subdivision process and urban design guidelines．In addition, this research paper is going to discuss current effect of reorganization and the difficulties it faces. In the conclusion of this paper, the recommendation and amelioration suggestions to the development of the fifth replotting area in Tainan will be pressed from the aspects of transportation system，interface space land subdivision and architectural style.
