Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 資訊工程系 === 89 === Workflow management is a fast evolving technology which is increasingly exploited for businesses in a variety of industries. Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) has proposed a workflow reference model and a set of workflow relevant APIs to support interoperation between different workflow systems. But it doesn’t clearly define the workflow process construction methodology. In this thesis, we propose two approaches to construct workflow processes running on workflow management systems. The first approach starts from the artifact aspect of the system and is suitable for office-automation or business applications. The second one starts from the process aspect of the system and is suitable for mission-oriented applications. Both of these approaches will derive to workable workflow applications.
