Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 資訊科學系 === 89 === This paper proposes a method about the three-dimensional geometric metamorphosis. In order to balance between automatic generation and manual interaction and produce a satisfying metamorphosis, we use the skeletons of objects to assist and reduce the manual interaction. On the other hand, the skeleton can split the object thus making the correspondence mapping easier and faster. Furthermore, to reduce the complexity of the problem, we map the split three-dimensional objects to two-dimensional ones. We then use the two-dimensional objects to find the correspondence between objects, reconstruct new objects, and finally morph.
