The response time was influenced by intrinsic elastic force and external electric field. Especially the inhomogeneous electric field near the edges of a pixel electrode and the intrinsic elastic force comes from the large deformation gradient near the edge of the pixel. Due to the different external electric forces and intrinsic elastic forces interaction, the influences of the electro-optical performance were different. In our results, the measured response time of the pixel edge was about 20% faster than that of the center. We also found that the larger ratio of K11/K33 or K22/K33 is, the faster response time.
