Some teachers have good knowledge of subjects they teach, but they do not have any teaching experience in the real world or on network. Besides, many students taking a course come from different places with different backgrounds. In order to manage these students well, teachers must use a better method of teaching. So the purpose of this study is to design a team teaching and team learning mechanism in “School for All”.
