According to documents analysis then concluded several factors about effecting delinquency behavior, by the predict scales and delinquency scales were designed or modified by writer. The population was 15,000 and the sample of this study was 3,700 indigenous students, studying in 16 major schools for indigenous people. There were sum of 2714 students to present and participate this study. The usable rate of questionnaire is 90.90﹪. The data were analyzed by a number of statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics(including frequency distribution, means and standard deviation), t-test One-way ANOVA, Scheffé method, Pearson r and stepwise multiple regression. According to the results of the statistical analysis, the following conclusions were incurred: 1.Indigenous students’ delinquency behavior was not affected by major, gender, member of brother or studying achievement. 2.Indigenous students’ delinquency behavior was not affected by family income, the source income or family structure. 3.Indigenous students’ delinquency behavior was not affected by home place, age, and class years, parents’ birthplace, birth sequence and living place. 4.The factors about predicting delinquency behavior are individual items, family items, school items, peer items and social items. 5.Culture items could not predict delinquency behavior, however, there is correlation between culture items and delinquency behavior. 6.It’s easier to be happened with delinquency behavior, when indigenous students did play outside overnight. 7.The most of import indigenous students’ delinquency behavior is no driver’s license for motorcycle driving. 8.The type of delinquency behavior for indigenous students is not belonging to violence.
