Nevertheless, in the industry structure of companies which emphasize development(creation), require speed (because the life-cycle of product is short)and drastic competition (the global competition), the vocational stress and alienation of employees have affect the work efficiency and probably cause to quitting or committing suicide. The abnormal feelings resulted from work seem to be more and more serious to modern people, as it showed in the increasingly cases of committing suicide because of overload of work stress. This study aims at investigating and analyzing the vocational stress and alienation of employees in the high-tech companies. The discoveries of the study are :1、The employees of the high-tech companies got the medium degree of stress; then the most serious origin of stresses are “the role conflict” and “the workload”. 2、The “working period”, “educational degree”, and “working property” are distinctly different from vocational stress. 3、The vocational alienation of the employees of high-tech company is not obvious. 4、The “sex”, “ working years”, and “working property” are obviously different with vocational alienation. 5、The “working years” and “educational degree” are obviously related to vocational stress. 6、The “sex”, “ working years”, and “educational degree” are obviously related to vocational alienation. 7、The “vocational stress” and “vocational alienation” are obviously related . In addition, this article offer some specific suggestions for managers of the high-tech companies to realize the vocational stress and alienation of employees and following researcher as reference.
