Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程與工程管理學系 === 89 === The formal and informal reports indicated that interactions between procedures and operators directly affect performance and safety in Nuclear Power Plants, and some problems of improperly using procedure should not be neglected. In current Nuclear Power Plant the main operations depend on manual control. In addition, the management of procedures is by a foster-system that may not unify the format, contents, and expression in procedures. This study aims to improve usability of procedure and eliminate human errors due to improperly using procedures or too mach depending on experiences. Through literature reviews, one knows that the main reason of human error and unsuitable action is due to incomplete procedures. In order to decrease frequency of human error and improve efficiency of operation, the logic of Dynamic Work Causality Equation(DWCE)was used to cooperate with computerization of procedure. The whole invented environment is by VB 6.0 system to integrate Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that simulates a section of small power plant. Such arrangement not only emphasizes the logic of transforming procedures to computerization but also applies graph design of human-machine interface to fit real state. The usability of computerized procedure is verified through experimental study. A procedure for reactor water level control, 500.3 EOP-RC(NON-ATWS) in Nuclear Power PlantⅡ was selected as experimental procedure. The results revealed that the computerized design significantly improve learning effect. Through computerized assist, the corresponding actions can be executed effectively. The computerized graphic design can be generalized to other manual operations of similar plants.
