碩士 === 臺南師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 89 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among parenting style, type A behavior pattern, cognitive style, and musical performance anxiety in musical talented students. “The Parenting Style Scale”, “The Chinese Youth Type A Scale”, “The Hidden Figures Test”, and “The Musical Performance Anxiety Inventory” were conducted to 388 musical talented students drawn from 8 schools. Six students severely suffered with anxiety problems were interviewed. The results were as follows: 1.Musical talented students’ parenting style was correlated with their type A behavior pattern and cognitive style. 2.Musical talented students’ parenting style was correlated with their musical performance anxiety. 3.Musical talented students’ type A behavior pattern and cognitive style were correlated with their musical performance anxiety.
