The system has two subsystems. One is the driving simulator and the other is electric braking control system. A controller is designed for the driving simulator, in order to exhibit the real rotating speed of the scooter motor. The external forces are calculated based on mathematical models such as a continuously variable transmission system, a rolling resistance, an air drag, and gravitational force. The braking force is from a look up table based on measured data. For simplicity, a high power resistor is used to dissipate the generated power during braking. A braking system controller is design in order to follow the braking speed command. Experimented results indicate that the entire system works well and the speed of the vehicle can be slowed down by suitable braking commands. 沈志忠 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
