Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 材料科學與工程學研究所 === 89 === The graphites are precipitated by the difference carbon solubility due to difference temperature in the cooling of melting iron-carbon alloy. We study the characteristics of the graphites by XRD, Raman spectra, FG-SEM. After X-Ray data refined by Rietveld method, the precipitated graphites include both Hexagonal and Rhombohedral crystal. Especially, there is fullerenesin in the precipitated graphites. We calculate the graphitisation with Maire ang Mering method. The highest graphitisation is the artificial graphite which adding 10000ppm Boron the artificial graphite which adding 10000ppm about 93.04﹪. In FGSEM pictures, there are carbon tube (about 10~100nm)on the precipitated graphites. In Raman spectrum, the artificial graphite which adding 300ppm Boron is the most complete because of the highest area ratio of sp2 and sp3. The highest yield is the artificial graphite which adding 10000ppm Boron.
