Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學研究所 === 89 === Telecommunications business grows rapidly in recent years. Globalization and deregulation are two main streams in the telecommunications industry. This research is taking Finland Telecom, Sonera, as a research case. With the advantage of top-notch technology and dominating market, Sonera is always the leading telecom industry in telecom prosperous Finland. We try to find out how it develops innovative strategies in such highly changeable and competitive environment. Though being in a small country with only 5 million populations, Sonera always places itself as an international telecom service company, providing mobile telecommunications, and other wireless services. With innovative technology applied widely, Sonera is hoping to become an international provider for telecommunication, mobile business network, and mobile additional services. We will discuss how Sonera employs its innovation to achieve the goals set by the company, and in the meantime we are in the hope of offering telecom industries in Taiwan a new direction of thinking.
