Following in this exchange market information will be in a complex and mess status, it also will be very inconvenient for those people in the market without a single quotation platform to provide information and even to make them together.
It is necessary to provide the information, quotation and broker in the deal, we can accordingly integrate the internet to offer those requirements above with a complete platform of exchange process, to survey and to gather information; it will be making business easier, faster and has its profit without boundary, we can treat as a best and sole way to proceed.
Because of that, the thesis evaluates the feasibility of running an emission-trading center on line in Taiwan by three directions. 1. The feasibility of environment, discussing the domestic and international situation and law to affect Taiwan. 2.The feasibility of finance, analyzing the costs and benefits of the market. 3.The feasibility of operation, finding a best trading system, discussing the security of network, and building the structure of the web. The conclusion from those three parts, except the security of network, the rest are all with high feasibility.
