碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 89 === Since the introduction of GSM technology in Europe, the market for mobile service has grown extremely fast. Because 3G brings diversity of instant data communication, and service of personalization and interaction, prospective mobile communication is not only needed to set systems up and integrate platforms, but also changing business op-eration and e-commerce model in existence. Collaboration strategy is introduced into enterprise to expand networking, especially under environment of rapid changing and limited resource of enterprise itself. The study used exploratory research to interview experts, and with concerned lit-eratures to analyze networking of enterprise in future Infocom industry. The study found the following results: 1. Besides the five elements published by Porter, government deregulation, digi-talization and globalization are also the most part of affecting factors of forming col-laboration networking in Infocom industry. 2. For networking typology, mobile network equipment vendors form standards creation networking. Handset vendors’ form specialized combination networking. Mo-bile portal providers and mobile network operators form comprehensive networking. 3. The beginning step to form collaboration networking is focus on customer de-mand, and forward to create new values for customers.
