Furthermore people occidentalize fast, and coffee is international drink, need of compatriots also increasing day by day, all kind of data tell us that the population of coffee increasing gradually. Since 1988, franchising coffee store of market conditions in domestic, due to many big business join to this property, and bring another chose in franchising operation system. This study empirically examines the relationship between management control system、coordination mechanisms、operation style and performance. The research problem of this paper is found in the existing literature. Most of authors study in franchising operation style and affecting factors. Not many authors study in a point of view in management control system and coordination mechanisms. This study thinking of management control system and coordination mechanisms these two variables and match up with performance. The data is composed of service contact-employees and is collected by 118 questionnaires. Of all samples, 13 different service firms responded by returning at least one questionnaire from an employee. Completed questionnaires were returned by 118 contact-employees (29.57% response rate). Investigation data, serious statistics method including validity and reliability test, correlation analysis, regression, and ANOVA will be appropriately used for testing each hypothesis and then obtained some advice for managers. In summary, the results indicate that management control system is positively related to performance; coordination mechanisms is positively related to performance. In addition, operation management control system and operation style is positively related to performance; free coordination mechanisms and operation style is positively related to performance. These hypotheses were supported by the empirical data. The contribution of this paper has two aspects .The theoretical: the performance affect by management control system、coordination mechanisms and operation style .The practical: this paper can offer insights into management as to how to enhance the performance of the organization.
