Therefore, through literature review and the questionnaire survey, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the degree of job seekers does not have any significant influences on organization, value, effort, stay commitment. Two demographic variables, the education of job seekers, and industry, are inferred to cause the situation after further analysis. Second, the numbers of information sources that job seekers use do not have any significant influences on their commitment toward the organization, their values, their efforts to the job, and their commitment to stay at the company. The demographic variables, education of the job seekers is inferred to cause this situation after further analysis. Third, the numbers of formal information sources that job seekers use have a negative significant influence on their commitment toward the organization. The result indicates that the more formal information sources that job seekers use, the lower organizational commitment they have. Forth, the numbers of informal information sources that job seekers use have a significant influence on their commitment toward the organization. The result indicates that the more informal information sources that job seekers use, the higher organizational commitment they have. Lastly, the degree of job seekers, the numbers of information sources that job seekers use, and the numbers of formal or informal information sources that job seekers use, do not have any significant influences on their intentions to quit.
