(3)The teachers with one-year contract had lower job morale than did the teachers of part-time on “instructional skill” factor. Moreover, the qualified teachers tended to perceive greater negative influences on the factor of ”family” than did the teachers of part-time. (4)The teachers with teaching experience between 6~9 years tended to perceive greater negative influences on the factors of ”reasonable job load” and “social“ than did the teachers with teaching experience between 1~3 years. (5)The teachers, who had majored in dancing, and also had earned education credits tended to perceive greater negative influences on the factor of “instructional skill” than did the others.
