The Relations between the Factors of Seeing a Doctor and Revisit－A Case Study about the School Children Eyesight Health Care Businesses of Ophthalmology Clinics

碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 企業管理學系 === 89 === According to their motives of primary school children to the ophthalmology clinic to see an oculist, we divide the school children eyesight health care businesses of ophthalmology clinic into three types. The types are comprised of the cure for myopia, the examination for eyesight and the optometry for getting fit eyeglasses. The results of research show that the parents’ loyal and satisfied degrees have positive relations in different eyesight health care types. In addition, there are positive influences in the type as the cure for myopia. The parents in this type have great satisfactions among the genialities and depend abilities, the specialty medical treatments, and the securities. Their loyal degrees present positive effects between the security and the specialty medical treatments. The differences in their satisfied degrees display the parents ever took medical treatments at that clinic have higher satisfied degrees. In the type of the examination for eyesight, the parents have superior satisfactions in excellent experiences about the genialities and depend abilities, the specialty medical treatments, and the tangibility for medical facilities. Their loyal degrees have definite effects in the clinics’ genialities, depend abilities, and securities. Besides, the different degrees of revisited children between their satisfactions and loyalties are higher than the first visitors. In the type of the optometry for getting fit eyeglasses, the parents have excellent satisfactions and loyalties by the tangibility of services. From above all, we know that their satisfied and loyal degrees of the children’s parents in the type of examination for eyesight have large differences between the first visitors and the re-visitors. The re-visitors’ parents show both higher degrees than the first visitors. And then, their revisit mentalities are influential. Therefore, for the distinct children types, the related organizations should draft different strategies to react, and change the child types from the optometry of getting fit eyeglasses and the examination of eyesight into the cure of myopia. On the basis of the oculist’s professional guidance, we can proceed to cure and revisit periodically, and then track the patients'' conditions continuously. Therefore, we can attain the valid application of medical treatment resources to reduce the school children normal and high myopia chances. Thus, we can create the beneficial mechanisms between both patients and medical organizations. Finally, we ensure the school children have both the sane minds and the unimpaired bodies and then make Taiwan stands aloof from the notoriety of myopic kingdom.
