Firstly, we discuss the dynamic relationship between controlling function of supply chain and productivity, and other related information so as to establish APS model in SCM. Moreover, Petri-Net is used as the tool to describe the dynamic relationship of supply chain management. Based on Petri-Net, this study establishes the model of supply chain management in order to meet the requirements of operation process and function in supply chain. In addition, APS in supply chain management is established according to the concept of Theory of Constraint (TOC).
