According to city prosperous, population centralized, and tall-building around, the problem of traffic jam and environmental pollution has been hardly reduced. Taipei City Government wanted to solve the traffic problem to build the Mass Rapid Transit System, which used the authorized right-of-way in Taipei. Not only the speedy and convenient transportation, there are but also advanced technology design, automatic control system, comfortable and safe feeling while taking. Taipei Rapid Transit System (TRTS) initial network includes six lines, such as Mucha line, Tamshui Line, Hsintien Line, Chungho Line, Nankang Line, and Panchiao Line(first step). The total length is 76.2 kilometer, contained 37.6 kilometer of shield- tunneling method. There are even thirty TBMs at the same time used for TRTS construction. In order to reduce the impact of ground activities, TRTS almost took shield tunneling method to build tunnels between many stations at downtown of Taipei. Therefore, the geology of Taipei basin is soft and variable. The underground water level is high. Many work sites are close or cross the complicate utility lines, buildings, and bridges. Also too many nature conditions are unknown. There are several constructive accidents happened to add much difficulty for our job. During the work of shield tunnel, there are some site accidents occurred, such as blow-in, seepage, settlement, building collapsed, gas and utility lines interrupted. This research focuses on analysis of the constructive accidents during shield- tunneling method and the discussion of emergency performance while accidents happened. We analysis and find the reasons and types of constructive accidents which are connected by much interactive relationship, then induct some efficient actions for the anti-accident management of shield tunneling method. This research establishes the plan to prevent the construction accidents and to manage the characteristic reasons, which are suitable for the analysis of accident’s prevention, and apply to the policy of construction prevention. 張寬勇 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 86 zh-TW
