Therefore, the study sets out the aims and objects as follows: 1. To understand the maturity that the financial employees graduated from colleges show to the professional moral cognition. 2. To probe into the tendency that the financial employees graduated from colleges display to the work values. 3. To search into the willingness that the financial employees graduated from colleges exhibit to the commitment of moral behavior. 4. To analyze the mutual relation between the professional moral cognition and the commitment of moral behavior. 5. To examine the interrelation between the work values and the commitment of moral behavior. 6. To inspect the professional moral cognition and the work values, and their sign of prophetic of the commitment of moral behavior. 7. To present the results as references for the future professional moral education for college students. The research is conducted through the exploration of relative literature and the use of the information obtained from the questionnaires to the college graduates who now are working in banks or insurance companies. The Population Sampling is based on “the Top 100 Financial Institutions in Taiwan”, the recent statistics from the Common Wealth. The total number of the samples is 612, 418 of which are withdrawn. Only 349 of them are valid. The statistic methods used for analyzing the data acquired from the questionnaires include Independent Samples Test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation, Stepwise Regression and so on. The statistical results are as follows: 1. The P score of the professional moral cognition of the financial employees graduated from colleges is 29.87. 2. The seriousness of attitude that the financial employees graduated from colleges display to the work values is above the average. 3. The willingness of the commitment of moral behavior that the financial employees graduated from colleges exhibit is above the average. 4. The maturity of the professional moral cognition that the financial employees graduated from colleges doesn’t vary with sex, age, working years, educational background and company. 5. The seriousness of attitude that the financial employees graduated from colleges display to the work values considerably varies with sex, age, educational background, and company, but it doesn’t vary with working years. 6. The willingness that the financial employees graduated from colleges exhibit to the commitment of moral behavior varies with age, educational background, company, but it doesn’t vary with sex and working years. 7. There is no obvious correlation between the professional moral cognition and the commitment of moral behavior. 8. The seriousness of attitude that the financial employees graduated from colleges display to the work exerts substantial influence on the overall commitment of moral behavior and other aspects of commitment. 9. Among the predictions revealed by the backgrounds, the professional moral cognition and the work values, the overall working values are apparently predictable.
