Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 89 === As rapid development of information technology breaks the limitation of time and space, the stream of global supply chains management sweeps the world. Due to the network economy era approaching, the aspect about supply chain has turned to that of supply net. In the future, central satellite system will be developed in a diversified and complete form in order to fit the future development of supply net system. The research uses the new aspect of supply net which differs form traditional thinking patterns. The thing that supply net emphasizes is mutual efficiency of the entire system so as to reduce costs of the whole channel and lower the inventory for achieving the commonality and consistence of supply net system. The paper is mainly discussing the supply net for central satellite system in auto industry. Systematic mobile model is used to build the simulated model of supply net. The simulated model is operated to carry on an experimental analysis — to analyze such environmental elements as change of market requirement, drop and raise of productive capacity, change of supply and etc to see whether they have a significant influence on the supply net. Besides, the effect correlation between environmental elements and the supply net is also found. The analytical result is utilized to make a general report and some suggestions as the reference for the management to make relevant strategies in the future.
