Starting its economic evolution on 1978, mainland China had a rapid economic growth over since and became one of the major markets in the world. As foreign capital transferred into China, the capital mobility and demand become one of the most factors influencing Chinese financial development. In recent years, China government was devoted to improve Shanghai to be an international finance center by providing real politic supports. The objective is to establish Shanghai as a finance center to attract foreign capital, they keep China economic growth well. As one of its Aisa-Pacific management center projects, Taiwan also aggressively develop its finance center project.
