A sound Economic policy begets prosperity, on the other hand, an Evil Economic policy leads to disaster that the loss which worse than the damage of a warfare. 1920s as the New Era, it was an era in which the American economy not only enjoyed uninterrupted prosperity but also developed new forms of organization for economic expansion. The Roaring Twenties, what Warren G. Harding once called the age of “ normalcy” and Herbert Hoover proclaimed in August 1928, “We in America today, are near to the final triumph over proverty than before in the history of any land. The poorhouse is vanishing from amoung us.’’ As an age in which the Republicans Government was lack of presentation of such a diversification of Economic Policy to solve the existence of serious inequalities and imbalance of the Economic Significant problems at that time but less visible and pretended negligence hence caused of the Great Depression in late 1929.
