When racing, the hurtfulness occurred ratio from the hips contact with the saddle is the highest. Therefore, the research used a multiple adjustable bike frame with movable handlebar and brake damper to monitor the damping condition from actual riding in order to record Measurement of Experiment. It used stain gauge to measure the pressure peak value and occurred spot of hipbone zone and ischium zone handle. Then, we use the Abductory Induction Mechanism (AIM) to analyze and build the predict model. The result of the research occurred that we could precisely predict the pressure peak value and the occurred spot those come out from different human scale. From the outcome data of the experiment, we know there are great differences of the saddle distribution between different kind of vehicles and human scale. The effective factor of hipbone zone pressure peak value includes the high of thigh rotor, the length of body, the thigh rotor perimeter, weight, fat ratio and relative high of saddle handle. The ischium zone pressure peak value includes the length of body, thigh perimeter, weight, and relative high of the saddle handle and relative length of the saddle handle. During the experiment of the pressure type of peak occurred point of pressure peak value are obviously different. The effect factor of the length of ischium zone includes weight, relative high of saddle handle, and relative length of saddle handle and rotor angle of saddle. The width of hipbone zone includes the high of thigh rotor, length of body, thigh rotor perimeter, weight, fat ratio, relative high of saddle handle, relative length of saddle handle and rotor angle of saddle. The length of hipbone zone includes the thigh of thigh rotor, the high of body, thigh perimeter, weight, relative high of saddle handle and rotor angle of saddle. Therefore, the results from this experiment provide the reference to the saddle manufactory and designer. Meanwhile, the consumer could purchase their own bike that fit their own scale, and chose the most suitable saddle for riding to relieve pain and injure from riding and increase the comfort.
