The management level of hospitals has to integrate the efforts of all members to achieve the institutional goal. In order to upgrade the efficiency of administration non-profit organization induced the responsibility center system to be a valuable managerial mechanism. This study tries to figure out the priority factors of responsibility center system of a specific hospital by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The responses of the questionnaire are the first and the second level of administrator or medical staff of the sampling institution. The analytical result becomes the valuable reference while revising the system of the sampling hospital. The findings of this study about the execution ranking are: Performance indicator is the highest priority of the responses. Then, the reward indicator is the second. The third is information system. The forth is staff conscious. The fifth is organization authority and organization structure is the last. The sub-alternative rankings are: 1) Financial reward 2) Performance indicator-actual amount vs. budget 3) Performance indicator- actual amount vs. last period 4) A sound Accounting system 5) Performance indicator- actual amount vs. other departments 7) Non-financial reward 8) Execution feedback 9) Profit center 10) participation function.
