Summary:碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 醫務管理研究所 === 89 === Since the external and internal environment of hospitals are changing dramatically how to create the competitive benefits become a critical issue in hospital management. Therefore, this study try to research the connection between organizational culture and organizational commitment of hospital. This study focus on the teaching hospitals which have been graded at the area-level in Taipei. Total samples are eight hospitals of which six hospitals . The results of this study included: 1、 A significant difference existed between the different hospitals in organizational culture. 2、A significant difference existed between the different hospitals in organizational commitment. 3、4、5、 This study propose three suggestions: 1、To improve the recognition of quality cost through the education training program. 2、To optimize the effectiveness through the cooperation of Accounting department and quality control department. 3、To expand the applications of quality cost systems in other aspects of management functions.
