| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 89 === Buyers and sellers face highly uncertainty for demand、capacity limited and competitive global market under different types of production and sales environment nowadays. To avoid the affect of rapid changes on demand and the risk of shortages, most enterprises adopted dual supply sourcing to keep stability of supply. However, enterprises should develop a purchasing models to make cost economics under different circumstances of dual supply sourcing.
It is the purpose of this research to provide a heuristic for a enterprises to make the purchasing decision about the total order quantity , reorder point ,order distribution and discount rate under dual supply sources. It was found the purchasing decision can be more cost efficient with the procedures proposed in this research .However, the simulation results show purchase decision will be affected by the factors such as lead time distribution, discount rate and etc…
