Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 89 === This thesis proposes a probabilistic model that gives the probability distribution of the sum of harmonic currents generated by randomly varying load allowing for the number and the probability distribution characteristics of their amplitudes and phases. The proposed model is validated by appropriate Monte Carlo simulation. An example of phase-controlled voltage regulators is given to illustrate the probabilistic model proposed in this thesis, which allows us to see how the probability distribution of harmonic currents depends on random variation of the firing angle. Finally, a flow chart is provided to show the relation between site measurement, mathematical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation using data measured from the substations at the electrical engineering department, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, at the Taichung branch of Bank of Taiwan and at the TPC Doulin district. It is found that in most cases the analytical model agrees well with Monte Carlo simulation, but presents some discrepancy with measured data. The future work is to improve the analytical model so that better agreement between the proposed model and measured data can be achieved.
