碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 90 === Facing the competitive pressure from new hospitals and nonstop new policies from central healthcare insurance institute, many practioners and academic researchers are keeping concentrated on reducing the hospital operation cost and promoting the healthcare quality, and most of them agree that reduce the pharmacy cost is the best solution. As electronic commerce is more and more popular now, the B2B EC, which has been adopted by many other industries, are growing in healthcare industry. More and more hospital managers are starting to learn to use the information technology effectively to raise the operation performance and to lower the cost. But some of they still can not cross the gap because they don’t have enough benefit acknowledgement of information technology. The object of this research is constructing the measurement index of E-Procurement. We based on the prior researches of benefits of IOS, include EDI and E-commerce, and perspective of hospital managers to obtain the perceived benefits of E-Procurement in local hospital. After survey 154 domestic hospitals, data was analyzed by “exploratory factor analysis” and “confirmatory factor analysis”, the benefits of E-Procurement in local hospital can be divided in to direct benefits and indirect benefits. Furthermore, hospital scale and adoption status do have significant influence on some benefit items. Finally, future research issues and management policy suggestions are listed.
