Six male college students participated in the experiments. The oxygen uptake and heart rate of the subjects were measured for both rest and maximum loaded conditions. These physiological responses under 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30% and 20% of VO2 max conditions were recorded in the follow up experiment. In the experiment, the oxygen uptake and heart rate were recorded continuously. The workload was indicated by the relative oxygen uptake and heart rate. The endurance time was determined by the heart rate when it was 10 beats/min more than the average value. Two regression models were obtained from the study: RHR=18.35+62.92e-0.264t and RVO2=10.16+62.92e-0.264t. The appropriate levels of RHR and RVO2 of 20.6% and 17.8% were obtained, respectively, if an eight-hour work was considered in the two models.
