This thesis propose a architecture which can reject a large low frequency current. The bandwidth of the transimpedance amplifier is depended on the feedback resistance and the capacitance of the photodiode. The stability issue is based on the feedback resistance and the 3db bandwidth of the amplifier which was used in the transimpedance amplifier. By the way, the major noise source is related with the capacitance of the input stage and the frequency. According to the calculation and the HSPICE simulation based on TSMC1P4M.35um process, the architecture of the transimpedance amplifier proposed in this thesis can reach the 3dB bandwidth up to 60MHz while Q factor is less than (0.5)^(1/2) and it can be tolerated the DC current and the signal current as large as 2mA and 1mA respectively.
