Under the combined application of continuous wave Ar-ion laser irradiation and dc voltage, compound consequence of charge—transfer complexes. During the photoinduced transfer, photoinduced charge generation has been photoinduced current due to photo—carriers diffusion and drift. Rough estimate our data about the photoinduced current arise mechanism, we made a sample model which is delineable with our observations.
