碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 90 === Owing to frequent economical affairs between Taiwan and Mainland China, the number of Taiwanese businessmen is increasing yearly . When Taiwanese businessmen pursued their own economical development there, their longings of having true, righteous and beautiful leisure life were usually ignored by others. Beautiful leisure life is however neglected in the meantime. The research topic about leisure field of Taiwanese businessmen in Mainland China is scarce. This objective of the research is to realize the leisure mental pattern & experimental benefit of Taiwanese businessmen in Mainland China under the background of political & historical factors choosing Dung-Guan district as a reference. Qualitative research were adopted through case study, inner interview and participating observation to analyze the leisure situation there. This research measures the experience of leisure participation of Taiwanese businessmen in Dung-Guan district from the benefit of sociality, relaxation, education, mentality and aesthetics. According to their occupation, position, age, and gender, arbitrarily selecting four Taiwanese businessmen from manufacturing industry, service industry and other lines of business as subjects of study. The results of this research were followings: a. In leisure theory, manufacture fell upon life adjustment; service fell upon beautiful life educational experience and life adjustment; other occupations fell on beautiful life and life adjustment. b. In leisure mentality & pattern, manufacture fell upon leisure facilities provided by factories, service fell upon career development and humors into local leisure environments , other occupations fell on social activities among them & psychological steadiness into local life. c. In benefit of leisure. experience, manufacturers’ benefits were social, relaxing ,mental and aesthetic; benefits of other occupations were social, relaxing and mental.. The leisure lives of Taiwanese businessmen in Mainland China were through this result and relevant literature. It implied not only epochal meaning but also suggestions to leisure participants and workers.
