The information were collected from internal and overseas. It was a basis to organization questionnaires for high technology industry. The research’ samples were employees of industry area in Hsinchu. Through layers of random sampling, 630 questionnaires were drew and mailed for conducting a field test. Totally, 293 questionnaires were received. The receive rate was 46.5%.Then deleted nullity questionnaires And applied SPSS For Windows 10.0 to proceed factor analysis, multiple variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis and path analysis. It also applied LISREL Model to confer the correlation of cause and effect. After analyzing the data of questionnaires, five conclusions could be drawn and listed as follows: 1.Under different characteristic variable consideration, the leadership behavior, leadership effectiveness and commitment of organization exist significant difference in the management levels of Taiwan’s high technology industry. 2.The perception of leadership behavior, expectation of leadership behavior, leadership effectiveness and commitment of organization exist positive correlation. 3.The different leadership behavior, perception of leadership behavior leadership effectiveness and commitment of organization exist negative correlation. 4.The perception of leadership behavior, expectation of leadership behavior, and commitment of organization could be predicted by the leadership effectiveness. The different leadership behavior could not be predicted by the leadership effectiveness. 5.The perception of leadership behavior had the positive effect to leadership effectiveness. Commitment of value and commitment of strive had the positive effect to leadership effectiveness. Commitment of retain a post had the negative effect to leadership effectiveness. According to previous conclusions, this research provided the following suggestions to the management levels of Taiwan high technology industry : 1.The management levels of high technology industry should strengthen the leadership behavior from role of mentor, parent and monarch to upgrade the leadership effectiveness directly. 2.The management levels of high technology industry should strengthen the leadership behavior from role of parent and monarch to upgrade the job satisfaction of subordinates. 3.The management levels of high technology industry should strengthen the leadership behavior from role of a mentor and instill commitment of value into employee to upgrade the job satisfaction of subordinates. 4.The management levels of high technology industry should strengthen the leadership behavior from role of a monarch to upgrade higher attainment of organizational objective. 5.The management levels of high technology industry should strengthen the leadership behavior from role of mentor, parent and instill commitment of value into employee to upgrade higher attainment of organizational objective. 6.The management levels of high technology industry should instill commitment of value and strive into employee to upgrade the job satisfaction of subordinates and higher attainment of organizational objective and the leadership effectiveness directly. 7.The management levels of high technology industry should understand the subordinates’ expectation, shorten the difference between perception and expectation of leadership behavior. 鄭純媛 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 221 zh-TW
