Customers can arrange individual financial accounts through the Internet BK system. Though the Internet BK is convenient, it is also risky. The purpose of the research is to discuss the relationships between“perceived risk”,“lowering perceived risk”,“internet skillfulness”,and "Internet BK involvement” and users’acceptance. The results are as follows: 1.The major reason for using Internet BK is that you don’t need to go to BK by yourself, which makes it unrestricted by time and region. 2.For users of Internet BK, they don’t exactly understand the Secure Socker Layer, nor the Electronic Certificate. 3.“Dependent involvement”,“lowering perceived risk”, “Concern involvement“ and "perceived risk“ are important variables which influence users’ acceptance. "Dependent involvement” does not only influence user’s acceptance, but also influence users’ acceptance through perceived risk indirectly. “Concern involvement” will influence users’ acceptance directly and also influence their acceptance indirectly through perceived risk and lower perceived risk. 4.The more one can understand how to lower nonfinancial risk (including psychological risk and time risk), depend on someone else’s information, lower financial risk, value the commercial image, lower functional risk, etc. to lower perceived risk, the more he is willing to use the Internet BK. 5.The less one has perceived the functional risk, time risk, social risk ,and financial risk, the more he is willing to use the Internet BK 6.Providing the fast service from Internet BK, reducing functional mistake, lowering financial loss, etc. can lower the perceived risk of using the Internet BK. 7.When people have less dependent involvement & concern involvement on Internet bank, they have more perceived Internet bank’s time risk, functional risk, social risk, and financial risk. When people have more dependent involvement and concern involvement on Internet bank, they will be more emphasizing the commercial image and self-protection measure to reduce the perceived risk of using Internet bank. 8.When people are more familiar with the Internet, they are more conscious about the financial risk of the Internet bank but less sensitive to social risk and physical risk.
