Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 90 === ABSTRACT The precursor of Carbon/Carbon composites were prepared form the carbon fiber spiral fabric with different woven structure and phenol-formaldehyde resin 。The precursor were heat-treated at 600℃, 800℃ and 1000℃, respectively. The effect of fibre volume content, density, open pore content and thermal conductivity of carbon/carbon composites with two different reinforced structure during the heat-treatment process were investigated. The trend of density and open pore content experiment show that the maximal value exists at 800℃ and exhibit a descending trend at 1000℃; the results of weigh loss test reveal that they increase with the raise of heat-treatment temperature. Furthermore, the thermal conductivity of carbon/carbon composites with different reinforced structure would raise with the increase temperature of carbonization. Moreover, in the influence of fabric structure; the fibre volume content of 3S and 5S precursor would have a gradient variation. The overall fibre volume content of 5S precursor was higher than 3S precursor, because of the partial woof in 5S spiral fabric is more than 3S spiral fabric. In virtue of the fiber volume content of 5S reinforced structure is higher than 3S reinforced structure, the thermal conductivity of precursor or carbon-carbon composite in 5S structure would better than 3S structure.
