The infrared thermo vision exercise of measure heat exchanger’s surface temperature. Next, use in personal scribe program about conjugate gradient method. Therefore to count heat transfer coefficient of plate finned tube heat exchanger with vortex generators convection. As a result to compare with an experiment to test and verify convection heat transfer coefficient is proper or not. And it is compared with steepest descent method. Basic on several different extremely form of convection heat transfer coefficient and position function to resolution an outcome from conjugate gradient method’s reliable extent. Consequently, it could be find that conjugate gradient method can get a result admittedly and swiftly. Moreover, to contrast with steepest descent method, conjugate gradient method is not only has advantage on iteration but also in time on computation. The errors between conjugate gradient method results and experiment results are small. Mean heat transfer can be enhanced 30.9﹪when inlet wind velocity is 0.5 m/sec. It enhances 46.5﹪when inlet wind velocity is 1.5 m/sec.
