Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 化學系 === 90 === Triarylamine compounds are often used as hole transport materials for organic electroluminescence (OEL), especially the N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine (TPD). In this thesis we change the phenyl group of the TPD to thiophene moieties with the hope that the heterocyclic ring can lower the ionization potential so that the energy gap between the hole transport layer (HTL) and the anode can be decreased.
